Not a bad company to work for.

Casual environment, next to beach, that's it. If you can do what they ask and constantly improve on your performance, you will do great here. Cons far outweigh the pros.

I have a suspicion that a lot of these reviews were written by leadership. To put it short, this company is run by 3 guys who are all related to each other or best friends. This is not an ethical company whose leadership respects its employees. I have seen leaders talk down to, disrespect, bully, humiliate and just be flat out terrible to their employees. It's amazing to see the leaders openly talk about the employees they do not like in front of others, and also talk about each other behind their backs as well. This company uses black hat and gray hat marketing strategies. They will do anything to get the results, but not in a way that is to be praised. You will be pushed to do anything and everything to hit your numbers, and if you don't, they treat you as if you are not trying, you are stupid, or acting insubordinate. This place instills a culture of fear. If you can't keep up or do what they ask, you will be treated like dirt.
