Unprofessional and miserable place to work - Recensione dipendente - Showroom Manager presso Circa Lighting

HR was unprofessional and talked poorly about employees of all levels in the organization to me frequently. Circa will not take action on terminating an abusive employee because they are scared of getting sued, I witnessed this multiple times. They want to control everything about you (down to the brand of clothing you wear) and if you have a different point of view then them, you are black listed. They will tell you that they have many open positions because they are growing, but in actuality it's because they can't retain good talent due to the toxic work environment created from the top down. During my last month I received over a dozen "XXXX XXXX is no longer with Circa" emails. Most people I interacted with (all levels) would discuss how unhappy they are in their role with me frequently and they only stay (for now) because of compensation. This was a soul crushing place to work and would not recommend.
