New management very focused and things are starting to change at last.

Hard work and challenging role.

Company keeps you busy with deliveries and collections Monday to Friday. Paid on time every month most of the office staff relaxed and friendly.

When the office gets it wrong 9 times out of 10 the driver loses out financially eg you have been sent for a collection that has already been collected or not due for collection til the following day, that would be called an office error meaning you will paid only a fraction of the job. Happens to often. You can not work out what you have been paid per job as the pricing structure is kept secrete to protect the company from competitors. This leaves an uneasy feeling when your paid knowing that you have carried more weight, traveled further, and completed more collections and deliveries than the previous month yet are paid less?? Constant staff turn over as drivers soon leave when they realize that the earning potential is well below the income suggested at the interview stage. Not the worst place to work but far from a good place to work.
