Honestly, I haven’t encountered any significant downsides so far. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and the company culture, team collaboration, and engineering practices have all been excellent. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to keep improving processes and scaling systems as the product evolves, but overall I have not found anything that stands out as a major concern.
