Hiring decision for the management team are suspect. Way too many "friends and family" in positions that should have been filled with qualified managers. That results in people that have questionable alliances, and little skill in managing people. Caustic us vs. them environment with regards to management. Even the best employees become jaded after some time, because of the seemingly random decisions being made by management.
