While the recent acquisition means we're no longer a startup, so far we've still retained the startup ethos of work hard/play hard as a unified team. Leadership is very approachable and remains open to new initiatives and process improvements from anyone on the team. It's inspiring to know that Management believes in its employees and invests in their professional development and career growth. And it's clear people like being in the office (and not just for the cold brew on tap or free lunches).
