You are encouraged to do work you are passionate about and enjoy doing. You have the option to gain experience in areas you are interested in if you express the desire to do so. It is a very entrepreneurial atmosphere with Ciright working on many exciting initiatives across multiple different industries. You get to learn about the start-up process based upon the companies Ciright is backing in their Technology Equity partnerships. Overall great experience and best internship I had by far!

The cons are all based upon personal preferences. For me, there were no cons but many things that people may find challenging. The environment is very fast paced and includes work on multiple different projects assigned at the same time. It requires you to prioritize tasks every day to stay on top of deadlines. Depending on your role and time you have spent with the company, you will have varying amounts of leeway to carry out projects as you see fit.
