They changed the comp plan without any notice as well as the clawback structure. This caused the sales team to make less money while they tell them thank you for making a sacrifice for the company. There is no direction and they cant even pay the subscription fees for the tools you need to do a good job. At least twice a month a software or two will be unavailable due to them not paying. Leadership has 0 direction and cant even answer simple product questions after they have been in their role for two years. There are WAY better option then putting yourself through working here. 80% of the sales staff is currently looking elsewhere for work. Every single positive review here is left by management lying and trying to make this place seem ok.
