The Finance department is a cesspool that has constant turnover because of the CFO. Unfortunately, the HR department reports to the CFO so there is nowhere for the team to go for filing a complaint about the treatment they are subjected to. There is a hotline to call but there is the fear of retaliation and of it being traced back to the employees so they struggle until they can't take it anymore and either quit or get fired by the CFO.
