Our Reward team has been addressing our Pay for Performance processes over the last couple of years with a focus on ensuring that our top talent and high performing employees at all levels receive merit increases and bonuses commensurate with their contribution. We also take into account that junior staff (non-exempts) are eligible for overtime pay (in the U.S) and this is taken into consideration when making total compensation decisions
