Dear Employee Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I appreciate that you listed gaining exposure to hedge funds as a pro. However, it is unfortunate that as a current employee that that you are unable to list more pros and instead choose to focus on the negatives. As you are aware, last summer we conducted a global engagement survey which had 94% participation. The leadership has taken the participation and responses very seriously. And as you are also aware, business leaders conducted a MyVoice Summit to focus on the 4 top themes globally (Pay4Performance being one of them). As a company we are working towards addressing concerns expressed throughout our global organization. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
