      Huge amount of turnover. Boss has zero relationship with employees. You are just a number. The biggest regret of my career. Other employee I was in training with left the company in less then 6 months too.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
