      The only good thing about working here is the salary and the comraderie in knowing that everyone else also hates their job.

      Inflexible working hours, boredom, micromanagement, slim vacation, TURNOVER IS OUTRAGEOUS, upper management and HR leaving the company, lack of transparency. Sit at your desk for 7.5 hours asking for work and nothing will come, 5:30 rolls around and you get 2 hours of reports to run.

We recognise that January to March is the busiest time of the financial year, and that our workload increases. Managing this workload can be challenging.       Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
