Great benefits, nice campus, on-site cafeteria with many options, on-site gym (fee is approx $15/mo). Nice/newly renovated buildings, with nice amenitites (break room, jump in/out offices for privacy). In general, work-life balance was good, especially being able to work remotely (additionally) as needed.

They tend to do re-orgs fairly often (every 1.5 years or so), so it can be hard to get promoted within your current role, you should plan on applying for other roles within the firm, at the level you are looking to be promoted to.
Must work in office at least 3 days/week starting in 2026, used to be 2 days a week from 2021-2025. Which means parking will be crowded if you don't get there by 9am. Work stations are not reserved, so if you don't get there early enough and if you don't have a co-worker saving you a spot, you might not find a seat in your work area very easily.
