1) Awfully long hours and zero paid overtime (entry-level salary is poor). If you stay behind to help your colleagues, you are lucky to even get a thank you. 2) Training is woeful - you are expected to learn things at fast pace (even if you have no experience). Most training is simply watching a colleague complete the task on their computer who is usually in a rush as they have another billion things to do at the same time. 3) If you work from home, you must use your own technology. 4) Manager does not really want employees to work from home. If you are fortunate to be able to work from home a few days a week, the manager tells you which days. 5) The office environment is dreadful - people walk past you and completely ignore you. I am a positive, outgoing person but after three months, I was a shadow of my former self. 6) The company promotes the importance of mental health, but actions speak louder than words. 7) If you are a graduate looking for an entry-level position, stay away. However, if you have no friends, no family and no life, this job will be perfect for you.
