The high stress political games are driving away the best talent . Executives care about what is best for themselves with no regard for what's best for employees or even the organization. The infighting between Managing directors is overtly distracting and causes huge technology silos. If a new executive starts that is even mildly ethical, its either beaten out of them or they are let go in short order.
