Avoid at all costs - Recensione dipendente - Counterparty Risk Analytics (CRA) presso Citibank

The pay is well below market and bouses are rubbish. If you are a new joiner you might get a good deal but if you are already in the bank you are not rewarded for your effort. There is no point working extra hours or doing the extra mile. I get a lot of pats on my shoulder and good words, but no money. The senior management are very dismissive of employees concerns about pay. I would strongly advise against working here.
