Good training ground for working at a renewable energy industry. Since more players are coming in, there will be more demands for employees, and having this experience will be an advantage

Very low pay esp for LICENSED electrical engineers Very low salary increase even after promotion- not aligned with the global inflation rate. I hope they know how to keep their employees by compensating them well because employees now can find new jobs that can pay them better, given that new renewable energy start up companies are opening. They do not know what asset they are missing if they lose these valuable employees.
