- Hire and fire policy. They just hire for a project. Neither HR nor hiring manager has any single idea what is the hiring for. - Once you get into project, you enter into a world of fish market free pool, where every day you feel depressed as you get rejections from project evaluation with no valid reasons. They put very weird explanation for not being selected as if you will feel like.. outside interviews are much more easier than these FAANG level internal evaluations. - Once you get hired into any project, then also there is no guarantee that you will be there for some time. You may get release with in span of few months once there is no requirement anymore and again you will be put back to bench, This whole cycle keeps on going till the time you are here. There is absolutely transparency.,

Sometimes requirements are notGrowth and promotion cycles can be slow and not always transparent. Some projects may have high workload and tight deadlines. Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
