You will be made to work like a slave/ worker. Your ambition is none of managers headache. 4. You will be just a billing resource for management. 5. No onshore opportunities for testers at all. 6. Worst hike was given in 2017. single digit on average around 5 percent or less. 7. Leads and managers will find ways to escalate you unnecessarily just to polish their own profile in front of clients. 8. Managers are best at micro-management and they will do this to harass you to the depth. 9. If you have some issue, then management will listen from one ear and let it go from another ear.
