There are lots of cons to discuss. 99% time, they will not be able to find a project matching your skills. If you get a project in client location the pressure is double and the appreciation is halved. Biased Management. They have selected candidate as level 1 /level 2 /VP who used to sit at last bench during their academic career and I am pretty confident that those guys have never got good marks in their educational career. Mumbai people soiled this Company. They can keep Tamilian guys as head instead of Shivaji Rao types guys. I have seen even VP level guy can not speak fluent English that shame for all of us. Remove the people from the staffing team they are completely useless, don't have technical knowledge at all every technology is the same for them. Utilize the people on the bench for staffing work. Remove all the existing staffing team. Illiterate people. They are all illiterate women are sitting over their Send good guys onshore and don;t choose BA and QA guys as LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2 MANAGER .They have zero management skills .They only know how to spoil the environment. ied at hiring time about the end of the contract. Said "don't worry, you are our employee, we will keep you when this contract ends. We will find you another assignment. You are a permanent employee." But the day the client notified end of contract, CT immediately gave me 30-days notice and said "we do not have a bench policy." - Charged the client for my overtime for a year and half without telling me or paying me. When I found out they said "we can't pay overtime" (even though the client is paying). They did start giving me comp time, but you have to use it within 30 days. That is hard to do when you are working overtime! - Underpaid unused vacation time when I was released. Calculated the daily rate by dividing annual salary by 365 (should be 260). Cost me thousands of dollars. Refused to pay what every other company in the US pays.
