There is a list of cons I found out here within 4 months. 1. CT is having worst finance team. They will deduct the salary even if you get delayed in submitting the attendance/timesheet. 2. Managers have no power, and HRs are worst. Managers are like puppet. 3. Once you'll deployed to any project your leaves and all are getting controlled by client, CitiusTech is not going to help you at all. 4. For each and every small query they will ask you to raise IT ticket, and I have seen worst ever ITS people here. They will close the ticket without given any solution or suggestions. 5. They have a retention pay policy, that means 7% of fixed CTC they will be paying you in monthly instalment as retention pay and if you'll leave the organisation within 2 years you'll have to pay back all the paid amount before leaving the firm. AND THE MOST WORST PART, HR is not going to communicate about this policy while salary discussion, you'll get this surprise during induction process after joining the firm. 6. They give one of the worst laptop in the market, on top of that you can install simple open source development software(like java, node, python.. etc) to install simple software you need to raise IT ticket and give proper clarification then IT people will help you to install these software. 7. When you join any training/ session they used to take a assessment test, To attend the test Training team will send a mail stating that If you will attend the test within this time period, you'll have to pay the penalty of 200 rs.😂 There are many more cons.... Just a simple advice think 10 times before joining CT.

Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
