Despite working for 3 years, I don't think there are any Pros in this company.

1. Unhealthy work culture. 2. CEOs keep changing every year. I saw 3 CEOs in my less than 3 year tenure at CitiusTech. The present CEO is from Wipro, there is complete change in leadership layer now with all these folks coming from Wipro including the COO. 3. Delivery Leads are dumb. They don't have an ounce of knowledge about the project they are managing/delivering. 4. Hikes are bad. You get less than 5 % hike even if you are a top performer in the team. 5. Leadership has no clue, they are unable to bag new projects or even sustain older projects. Many accounts like Optum, Danaher, GEHC, Davita are shutting down. Most of the projects where CitiusTech was a vendor is being replaced with TCS, Sutherland, LTTS. Clearly this organization is a sinking ship. 6. No job security, you may be asked to leave in a week's notice. 7. DLs in HMT vertical are a bunch of liars, they play around with employees experience level, skillset and place them on Client projects by providing false information to clients. 8. HR team is a puppet in the hands of so called Leadership team, they don't have any existence of their own. 9. Payroll team is unresponsive, you ending up getting frequent LoPs every month, due to issues from the HR, payroll team. 10. Many people with H1B and L1 are not finding any onsite opportunities. 11. No employee benefits. No term insurance, no transport facilities Health insurance not good. 12. You dont get projects as per your experience level and skillset. Forced to take other projects outside your expertise. 13. No support from the DLs/ Management to upskill or acquire any new skill.
