Absolutely worst management and HR policies are insane. They will ask you to come daily to office if on bench, have baseless policy in name of talent management, insane micromanagement with HR talking only from company perspective. Be aware they will never think about your medical issues as well even if it's critical.... Imagine whole world is doing WFH and even the project people but if on bench you have to sit in office daily.... They will use term like doing favor of approving WFH, considering the genuine cases is impossible for them.... Don't expect humanity at all from anyone ever in HR and Management Your profile will be shared for unfit projects and irrelevant tech stacks and then rejections will be counted
