After successfully clearing all rounds leading to HR, where all the offer details were agreed upon, HR stopped responding, acknowledging questions and move forward with candidacy for reasons only known to them. I was expecting at-least some sort of communication on my efforts to try and get an answer from the HR team and that somehow did not happen in a professional manner and I wanted to share that. I had given a notice based on my verbal offer and luckily I had the relationship with my current employer to get it all back to normal state.

Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
