Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.

One of the biggest positives about Citizant is the leadership. They care about their employees, listen to feedback, and make an effort to support their teams. I have always felt that employee input is valued and that people are treated with respect.

Because Citizant supports government contracts, there can be uncertainty around contract timelines, funding, recompetes, and long-term project direction. This is not unique to Citizant, but it can create some unknowns for employees.
