Just an all around great place to work. Amazing team that is super talented, yet kind and humble. Company quickly gaining traction and driving impact while seeing great financial success. Surprisingly generous benefits for a tech-start up. Competitive compensation.

Citizen is growing rapidly, so things change quickly internally and it can be hard to keep up with the evolution. A couple under-performers were terminated or left in the last year, which can impact morale (looks like at least one was just a bit disgruntled based on the review below).

Very talented PMs and data people, but leadership is toxic.

Hiring and firing are routine at Citizen. Don’t get sick, don’t take vacation, and learn how to navigate mercurial and capricious leadership. Zero work/life balance. Would not recommend Citizen’s services or promote as a potential employer to colleagues or friends.
