- Veteran employees are traditional to corporate hierarchy. Only their ideas are the ones being executed and give stand-off energy to any one under them. - Pay bumps aren’t significant when getting a bonus or promotion - Understaffed for the last years so working long hours a lot of days - Very rare to have leadership slow down and teach you strategy.
