Toxic environment with low pay and no support - Recensione dipendente - Service Support presso Citizens Business Bank

My manager was raciest verbally abusive and always pick on me the company hired me for different position and I was working as a teller the whole time. They pay very low snd no work balance and life. In one year they did not give me any raise or appreciation. My manager never ask how I am doing or if I need any help no proper training you have to learn your own she always calling other branches and do gossip about you on the phone.
