A lot of favoritism. They will not fire somebody who’s made mistake after mistake and incentive fraud, but will gladly push out the door somebody who actually works hard. No loyalty, they hire new employees at a higher rate than someone who’s been there for 5+ years. The company is all about the numbers as well, they don't care about the customers, there’s always a push to achieve ever changing, unrealistic quarterly goals with nothing good to offer to customers!
