This place is a total disaster so much to the point it’s as much comical as it is mind-blowing and pathetic. Constant putting out fires and patching up a zillion holes in the bursting dam instead of replacing the dam with one that is actually reliable and appropriate for its purpose because there is no time, resources, or commitment from the people who have the power to drive, implement and enforce anything that will help longer term. Technology issues EVERY DAY, to the point of losing emails written and starting over from scratch because the system crashes by hitting the Send button. Literally every department is understaffed/ under resourced so garbage work product is pushed through and left to the next person in line on the factory line has to deal with (and God help you if you try to address it to prevent it from continuing so don’t even bother). Excessive emails that are are a waste of everyone’s time and bandwidth. Management is clueless yet make decisions that undermine the people below them actually performing the job.
