- Unprofessional management - NO HR department - Work Saturdays for FREE as you are not paid for it - this is a big issue within the company - Unpaid Stock Take - they can go on until early hours of the morning 12/1am at times. - Long hours with no break - High pressure with minimal reward - A lot of the Managers are inexperienced, and tend to just be successful account managers, so are just sales people. - NO Sick Pay - the group manager despises people who take sick days, and will punish you for it by docking your pay.
