As in the review above...this is definitely a hard job...and is definitely not for everyone...I have been here for 3 years...and have seen the ups and downs of the business. This place is not for the faint of heart...or for those not willing to give the 110%...The pay is excellent...I have been promoted 3 times in the last year and expect to get promoted more as time goes on. While keeping in contact with other ex-employees...they all wish they had never ever left Citysearch...the grass is not greener on the other side and the environment is definitely not what they were expecting in the outside. You HAVE to work hard all day, everyday to make the sales quotas set for each rep. If you can handle high pressure...high sales goals...the reward is phenomenal. Senior Management and training team helps in every way possible to make this job as easy as possible...
To the person above...if you can't handle the position it isnt the companies fault....there are some that have done your job from the phone...for over three years...and have continuously made quota...at least you have the ability to do it in person....blaming the company for your shortcomings is completely out of line...What are you 21?
