Stressful - The management often has unrealistic expectations and underestimate contracts which leads to employees being forced to work extra hours for free. Underpaid - Payment per hour looks good on a paper but if you add to it all the extra hours you have to spend on driving, cleaning that is not included in the work hours and doing all the "extras" like dropping off stuff here and there - it's not worth it. "Flexibility" on a paper. Try to ask the management if someone can replace you on a specific day and they will make you find the replacement yourself.
