If you really like basketball they have a basketball court

The whole point of the company is to help every day people being scammed out of money. They barely pay the member advocates and they falsely rave about their super attainable bonuses. You ask why you don't get the bonus they come back with multiple different answers and even if you can refute them they won't do anything about it. Member advocates are the reason this company runs. But there is no appreciation for them at all. If they want this company to truly succeed they need to completely revamp the management there and stop hiring over qualified people for an entry level job and promoting non qualified people that can't produce as much. I have years of management and lead experience as well as many college courses in management under my belt and this was the poorest example of management I have ever worked for.
