Very poor leadership, CEO is only interested in profit/bottom line and all decisions are made based on this. Management equally couldn’t careless about staff and are generally very inexperienced. Lots of talk about new Mission, Vision, Values but don’t be fooled they have been rolling these out for several years but nothing has actually changed and as not even the leadership demonstrate the behaviours so they are all just words on a page!
