There are highly skilled team members when you need to rely on when in a 'pitch'. Over the 10 year working at CCS, it's been a pleasure working with those individuals. There are variety of task / projects such as office move, email migration, VMware projects, networking and server projects. There is huge amount exposer here and great team members to learn from. No loyalty. No raises. New hires will get paid more than you no matter how long you have been there. Leadership can do no wrong. They are treated and talked about like GODS. They micro manage you into oblivion. If you ever miss a call better be ready for dispatch to check up on you. If you miss dispatches call, the directory is calling next. Brad/Ralph may seem like they are appreciative of you and of everyone in the company but that is all fake. They only care for their GODS. Everyone else is fodder.
