Nothing that would make to choose Clariant over other company

Since last year Clariant became a company who not handle situations very well. They sold a part of the company, which resulted in a lot of dismiss. Okay, That is normal in the business. What is not fine is the way they did all. The company looked like a jungle where everyone was "fighting" for survival. After the storm, we faced a lot of changes inside the company, structure and a new Head of Global Business Services. This person brought his ideas without asking anyone's opinion. He wants number, we have to give him number and it does not matter how it is going to impact in our work lives. We look like a call center company now, and I am pretty sure that it is going to impact all our costumers. I have no more pleasure in being part of Clariant. All that I want it is an opportunity to quit.
