Limited restriction on software applications (tools you can use). Initial salary is higher then most companies. Larger than average desk space. Training is not as intense and long as it should be. New employees tend to be thrown into projects with little knowledge. Salary increases not offered for work performed until resignation. Employee 'cliques' are strong which prohibits needed knowledge sharing and acclamation. Founders of the company are too closely involved in the day in and day out daily decisions. Senior management gets involved in cliquey activities and are quick to judge based on hearsay.
