I am so grateful for the incredible opportunity to work as a Sales Development Manager at Clarify in Tampa. For the past four months with the organization, I can confidently say that this experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Clarify, a well-established business hailing from the UK, expanded its presence to the US last year, setting up their US headquarters in Tampa. Being part of this growing team in a smaller, almost "startup" environment has been an invigorating and rewarding experience. From day one, I have been welcomed into a community where personal and professional growth is celebrated. The supportive management has fostered an environment that is conducive to learning and development. Despite being relatively new to B2B sales, I am grateful for the steep learning curve and the opportunities to enhance my skills that Clarify has provided. The executives' unwavering passion for the business is infectious and inspiring, and their genuine commitment to nurturing the growth and success of every team member is truly remarkable. The culture at the Tampa office is vibrant, dynamic, and undeniably fun. We are more than colleagues; we have become extremely tight knit. Building meaningful relationships is not only encouraged but also prioritized, both within and beyond the office walls. Together, we celebrate achievements, collaborate on projects, and support each other through the highs and lows. Overall, what sets Clarify apart is the authenticity and genuine care that permeates throughout the entire organization. Great place to work especially if you are looking for a sales career! Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office. Collaborative work space and very close team Managers and leadership team is well versed in sales and give great support

Start up environment but not necessary a bad thing. A lot of support from the UK team that is been established for over 10 years

Micro Management, little to no guidance from 'leadership', people in 'leadership' positions do not show the capacity to hold such roles, very patch-like atmosphere, peer pressure to attend bars, poor culture, to my knowledge Oliver Davies is still employed there...so..not great
