      -Zeer flexibel. -100% thuiswerk is toegestaan. Flex space beschikbaar indien je toch naar kantoor wil. -Correcte verloning.

      -Moeilijk vol te houden indien je minder dan voltijds werkt omdat je weinig kan delegeren. Voltijds is geen probleem om alles bij te houden. -Momenteel neiging om personeel in Europa en US af te stoten ten voordele van landen met lagere lonen (India, Costa Rica, Hongarije).

      The insurance plans are high and not the best. Toxic individuals in certain departments. Life balance is sacrificed for work. High turnover in some departments. Advancement is not based on performance or knowledge. Downsizing US workforce. Everything is ambiguous.
