In the last 2 years there I made decent salary with doing minimal work because there wasn't much work to do. Work quota was very low and extremely easy to achieve. I could have produced at least twice what I did eventhough my production was already 140% of their expectation. Spent much much much time playing on the internet. People take long long long breaks, no one asked, no one cared. People went shopping during lunch, for years on end. It seems Management does not know. Yah... all fun all the time!

Directors are oblivious of great talented employees. They let those employees rusted through lack of work and too much play. Hey, I played there..... A LOT! No job security.
