Great supportive department, dynamic workplace

Can be difficult when they onboard or acquire new businesses to get the workflows just right

Overall, the people are pleasant.

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
