Generally not micromanaged, relatively good benefits-package for entry-level employees. Flexible hours and a good position to get a foot in the door of the industry.

Management does not look to educate lower employees. Questions and concerns are frequently dismissed as a nuisance. Many times this comes despite the initial request for input. Office is extremely clique-y, and promotions and special projects are assigned accordingly. Sycophants will likely succeed, unless you are a minority. Indeed, there is a noticeable lack of minority employees in anything above an entry level position. Generally a waste of a degree, so plan on staying at this position no longer than a year or two.

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
