COVID challenges were handled poorly - huge cuts in budgets, headcount and salary and although some of it was restored it left the employees battered and bruised.
CEO lacks emotional quotient - consistently tone-deaf. Zero empathy.
Acquisition by Planview is challenging, lack of information flowing, employees have no idea what their future holds - seems that only people who know they will have a job are CEO's inner circle and people he brought in.
Lots of talk about the pride of culture etc. with WFH there has been little or no culture, very little done to provide /assist for employees mental well being, very little or very late concessions provided for the loss of nearly every perk from being in the office.
HR communication is awful, lack of information, no follow-through, truly no resource to get assistance from - all goes into a black hole.
Requests for questions are always requested but then refuse to answer any submitted questions in Q & A sessions if you don't ask them out loud.
Work/life balance has been destroyed with COVID/WFH - everything is pressure to do more with less.
