      Good brand. Professional management. Great opportunities. Ease of market access. Great intelligence network and resources. Multicultural employees and global coverage through multiple offices.

      Svantaggi

      Large number of employees so personal touch is difficult to achieve. Also limitation of clients one can work as due to the large number of brokers most accounts are already covered.

      Laid back environment, everyone is friendly, good amount of sick / vacation days, free gym.

      Low pay, no work or life balance, no room for growth, always an overload of work.
