Working in unsafe conditions often going to homes that are dangerous and unsanitary. In-home and Mental Health Support required to use own car and paid mileage rate from early 1980's (.30 p/mile)- we were told that we were lucky to get this as it was NOT required although other agencies in the area pay .50-.55.5 cents per mile. Upper management staunch with communication problem. Uncooperative with a huge amount of work performed at home (which you are not compensated for). Company DOES NOT seem to care about clients and their welfare at all--only looking at profits:(
