There is no Pros working in that company. Very toxic work environment .

The owner does not care for employees. Focused only on his profits. Unfair/ illegal work practices, no benefits, very low pay, no appreciation, zero empathy for employees and their difficult situations.

If you can get a contract with a government building, you'll get paid more than the average cleaner.

The hours are sketchy at best, the only solid hours that you'll receive is from a contract cleaning position. The company is run as cheaply as possible with management doing everything that they can to pay you as little as is legally allowed, up to and including paying you less depending on which cleans that you are working on, even if you make more at your contracted cleaning site. The company will not pay you for the minimum 3 hours that they are legally required to pay you, unless you fight for it. The office itself has so many communication issues that it's a wonder that they manage to get any work done. Be prepared to constantly introduce yourself to new faces, the turnover rate at this company ensures that there's a new face just about every month.
