Positive family-like culture. Management is engaged and approachable. Ideas are welcome. It's a high-risk market and they seem to take their quality very seriously. Lots of checks and balances to make sure product is high-quality. Most of the empoyees are there a long time. 15-30 years!

Steep learning curve if you're inexpereicned. Business is subject to market conditions. Building customer relationships is a long process. If you aren't aggressive, it may not be for you.
