Our efforts to improve the development of our sales staff will allow them to be a greater support to the department/company as a whole. Many distributors face high turnover because of the demanding nature of the job and we continue to look at ways that we can combat this issue. Thank you for your honest opinion.

Working for Classic is a con. This place is a literal dumpster fire starting from the tippy top. The writing is on the walls with all the brands they’ve sold off trying to stay afloat - they have no idea what they’re doing or trying to accomplish. Nearly all the upper management is “married” but constantly sleep around with each other, raging alcoholics, and if you don’t have their skin tone or same last name you’re not part of the club. I gave this company 5 years to be bankrupt about 2 years ago, and I stand by that statement. They’re even renting out part of their main distribution warehouse to their competition. Yikes. I would stay away from this company if you value your mental health and professionalism.
